The Phoenix Cricket Club (Inc) was founded in July 1975 by these foundation members:

The Phoenix Cricket Club (PCC) is situated at Tempest Park, Prospero Court, Coolbellup in Perth Western Australia. Phoenix Cricket Club is a member of the Coolbellup Sportsmen's Association and the South Metropolitan Cricket Association. The Juniors are associated with the South West Metropolitan Junior Cricket Council.
The Phoenix Cricket Club consists of over 200 playing and non playing members, and in season 2018/19 will be fielding a variety of teams to cater for all experience, skill and age levels. Three Two-Day Grade teams and three One-Day-Only Grade teams have been nominated for the Seniors, with in2cricket, T20Blast and U12 all set and ready to go for the Juniors.
Tempest Park is PCC's home ground and main clubroom facility. Phoenix also play home games at Beeliar Oval and Anning Park. The Junior club is based at Beeliar Oval. The first match of the season is on October 6 2018, and runs until the finals in March for the seniors.
Phoenix Cricket Club fields a variety of teams to cater for all experience, skill and age levels.
